ABC Weekend tour & local floating market (Saturday or Sunday only)

Since 1989, ABC Amazing Bangkok Cyclist is Bangkok’s first and original company for guided bike tours. Every Saturday and Sunday we offer you a different routing. This tour is a combination of sightseeing and cycling. Everything is perfectly organized, and we are always with you. We ride a very manageable twenty kilometers but because we cover quite a lot of ground and are quite full and action packed. You can dawdle at magnificent views, take your time meandering through pastoral back roads The riding is fairly easy and we follow a wide range of trails ranging from backstreets to canal paths. You will experience a fantastic sight of a local market. See how local people do their daily shopping. Our well informed tour guide leads you safely on chosen paths, points out hidden and places of interest to you and tells you some about the land and its people. We stop frequently to allow you to make photo’s and ask questions which may arise. We promise many WOW factors and incredible photo opportunities for a lifetime. There are no hills or mountains as Bangkok is completely flat, so no strength is needed to join this tour. Thai people and their culture will warm your heart and astound you with their incredible diversity. After a nice trip by longtail boat you will leave the metropolis part behind and continue your tour through an oasis of green landscape scattered by fruit plantations and typical Thai style houses. Here a few cars will be seen. No traffic jams, no hassle, no shopping malls, no air conditioning, no modern-day Bangkok life.

As if you are in a remote village, people live in small houses, living from the products on their lands. Only during the weekends the local floating market in this area is open. The enormous variety of food will tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your well earned hunger. We will let you taste the wide variety of locally made home products (all safe to eat).
